During our recent family vacation in Krakow, we had the pleasure of staying at H12, centrally located just minutes from the main square. As a marine biologist, I appreciate a welcoming atmosphere, and H12 went above and beyond to cater to our family’s needs. Our spacious room was well-prepared for our little one, complete with a baby cot and thoughtful amenities. The staff promptly addressed our inquiries and even allowed a later check-out, ensuring our comfort. Mornings were joyous, with a visit to the nearby milk bar for breakfast, an easy stroll to St Mary's Basilica, and the city center. The highlight was the small apple gift at check-out; a charming touch that resonated with our family. H12 proved to be a delightful base for exploring Krakow with my family.
